CUMBRE Humboldt’s mission is to seek and promote educational and enriching opportunities for Latinx families and individuals throughout Humboldt County. This award helps mitigate educational accessibility for Latinx individuals and helps narrow the achievement gap. Twice a year this award will provide ten students with $500. 

Applicants Must: 

• Reside in Humboldt County or attend or plan to attend a college/university/school in Humboldt County

• Demonstrate that they are enrolled or have applied to a college, vocational, or technical school

• Demonstrate financial need

NOTE:  There is no upper age or grade limit.

Applications will be accepted from Friday, March 1, 2024 at 8 AM until Sunday, April 14, 2024 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time.  We will follow-up with an email if you were selected as the recipient of the award, or not, by Monday, April 29, 2024.
